Welcome to the California State University San Marcos Off-Campus Housing (OCH101) website. The Off-Campus Housing Service is provided to our students, staff, faculty and community as a resource.
Off-Campus Housing 101 (OCH101) and CSUSM have partnered to provide students a free resource to find suitable property listings to CSUSM students, faculty and staff.
Please call OCH101 at (800) 862-9874 or click the 'create account' button on the left toolbar to setup your account and place your ad for free for your first month. If you are already a member and wish to re-list your ad, please click on 'member login' to access your account.

CSU San Marcos Students
Students at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) have many options for where to live when they attend school. Students have the option of living in our on-campus housing, which is called the University Village Apartments (UVA) or off-campus. Due to the limited amount of space in the UVA, most students live off-campus. Off-campus housing refers to local apartments, houses, condos, or rooms in private residences. Using OCH101, housing seekers can review a variety of types of property, post a personal profile, and search for potential roommates. Through the Roommate Finder you will be able to post profiles sharing your interests, habits, and housing needs; search for students with common interests and lifestyles; and identify criteria’s for searching for a rental.

Property Managers & Landlords
Property managers and landlords will find that OCH101 is an easy way to promote vacant availabilities with directions, pictures, and additional features. OCH101 provides the maximum amount of information while minimizing the time required by property managers, landlords, and housing seekers. You will have access 24/7 to manage your account online. For assistance during normal business hours contact OCH101 at 1-800-862-9874 or Student Life & Leadership at (760) 750-4970. If you have posted in the past (prior to 7/27/07) with Cal State University San Marcos Off-Campus listing service, you will need to re-list your property using a new user name and password. List your property now for easy access to our students, faculty, and staff!
