Looking for the individuals who would like to spend winter months, up to and including April 2025 in a peacefull and serene place surrounded by the lake and pine forest . The house provides stunning views and it is located in the middle of paradise for people who like hiking and exploring . The house has 3 queen size beds and two single beds and it is fully furnished with the laundry on site. The house has a garage but garage is not included , there is a plenty of parking space covered with the deck that can acommodate two vehicles.We can do up to two short term leases 3 months at the time.All utilities and internet connection are included .Prefer retired couple even students who are interested to commute in the winter.Damage Deposit $2500 and one time non refundable cleaning fee of $210 .
